Learn tai chi with videos from International Tai Chi Master David-Dorian Ross.

These gentle workouts focus on slow movement, balance, and deep breathing.

For January, we will start off with the Seated Workout. This is a good starting point for someone who has knee problems, balance issues, or is just out of practice.
