This month we will discuss “Braiding Sweetgrass” by Robin Wall Kimmerer. Drawing on her life as an indigenous scientist and a woman, Kimmerer shows how other living beings – asters, goldenrod, strawberries, squash, salamanders, algae and sweetgrass – offer us gifts and lessons.
