The Friends of the LaGrange County Public Library will work to support the mission and goals of the library.
Library Mission Statement:
The LaGrange County Library will meet the informational and educational needs of the residents of LaGrange County in a professional and courteous manner.

The Friends of the Library support library services and programs 
through fund-raising, activities, and contributions.

The 2019 Annual Book Sale was a great success! 
Thanks to all of the volunteers who made it happen!

Who Are We?

We are a group of local citizens who voluteer our time to promote our library, literacy, and reading programs in our community. 

The Friends of the Library support library services and programs through fund-raising, activities, and contributions.  In addition to financial support of the library, you can also lend a hand by volunteering. 

What Do We Do?
  • On-going book sale
  • Annual Book Sale
  • Fund adult and youth programs
  • Fund Summer Reading Program
  • Volunteer to help at the library and other events
  • Membership Benefits:
  • Voting privileges at annual meetings
  • Early admission to the annual book sale
  • Early notification of future projects
  • Membership Categories and Dues:
    Student (18 and younger) $1.00 per year
    Adult $5.00 per year
    Family $10.00 per year
    Contributor $25.00 per year

    Dues are renewable in January.
